All deposits are nonrefundable.
Guarantee will be active upon any payment received from Buyer.
Seller also offers a replacement guarantee on our puppies for six months after date of receipt. If the puppy develops congenital or hereditary life threating disorder, we will replace the puppy with another puppy of same sex, breed and equal value, at our first opportunity, provided the conditions below are met and kept by the buyer:
1. Buyer will offer this puppy back to breeder first if ever in need of placement.
2. If puppy dies within one month a replacement will be offered providing the buyer has a veterinarian's autopsy report which indicates that a congenital defect was the cause of death. Buyer pays all shipping costs involved in obtaining a replacement puppy.
3. Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this puppy; including proper vaccinations, routine worm checks, heart worm treatments,and records of such care should buyer have to return puppy for replacement.
4. Buyer understands contract will be void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care, if puppy is sold, transferred or injured by accident or neglect. This guarantee does not cover any common puppy ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies, any viral bacterial diseases or disorders brought on by parasites.
5. Seller will not be responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means regular trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
6.There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
7. This contract is valid only for the original buyer and puppy, and is not transferable.
Buyer Responsibilities:
Provide puppy with routine preventive
care, such as, but not limited to:
Annual physical
examinations by a licensed veterinarian.
Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and deworming.
Failure to do so
will result in the cancellation of this guarantee
Health Guarantee:
Please note
that every effort has been made to insure that your puppy is in excellent
health. However, any time a puppy is moved to a new environment, it does cause
stress. When a puppy is under stress, it may cause minor digestive or
respiratory upset. Please watch your puppy for any symptoms for at least the
first 72 hours following travel. If any symptoms appear, please contact your
vet.
This puppy is guaranteed for six months from date of receipt against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal and causes problems of a severe life
threatening or altering nature. If the dog dies within this one-year time frame, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason. If reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. Seller will not be
responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a
puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible
for all payments. As of the date of delivery,
the puppy has received proper vaccinations and dewormings. This guarantee does not
include Coccidia and Kennel Cough. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and like the
common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough
on its own is not life threatening. This guarantee does not include Hypoglycemia (low blood
sugar). Hypoglycemia and other conditions may occur if the puppy does not eat
or if it becomes cold, overheated or becomes ill or stressed. This guarantee
does not include luxating patella’s (knees) this is the common in toy breeds
not a congenital defect. Umbilical hernias, or
retained baby teeth are also not covered. All items covered under this
guarantee are by replacement only. There will be no cash refunds given. A puppy showing any serious
genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows: A puppy with a defect must
be returned or humanly euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to
qualify for a replacement puppy. No refund, in part or in full, will be given. A returned puppy must be
retuned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at
the expense of the buyer. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy. Buyer is responsible for
transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy. This guarantee applies to
the original owner only and is nontransferable to a second party. No replacement puppy will be
given if the puppy has been euthanized without permission of the seller. Replacement puppy will be
mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is
understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact same parents of
original puppy. There are certain disorders
that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid
dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not
covered by this guarantee. Any physical problem, which
is or could be the result of injury, is not covered under this guarantee. There is no guarantee or
warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of
show or breeding potentials. There is no guarantee
regarding the size of the dog at maturity. This contract supersedes any
and all previous agreements. This contract is null and
void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. If puppy is returned for any reason other than health,
buyer is responsible for all costs including advertising, web update charges,
time, transportation, vet etc. Once
puppy is resold all charges will be calculated and if charges do not exceed the
purchase price a refund will be issued.
If charges exceed purchase price no refund will be given. In the event Buyer does not
sign contract, Buyer has agreed to contract's terms when the puppy is received. Buyer
agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is
under the jurisdiction of the State of Kansas, in the county of Kingman. It is

Animal must show the
defect within six months of receipt of the puppy. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2
business days of the licensed veterinarian determination and have two reports
from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and Seller will
provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value.
